What we collect
Job applications: name, date of birth, email, phone, gender, citizenship, languages, availability, CV and any media you upload (showreel, self tape, certificates). Service enquiries: name, job title, property, location, contact details, season, services of interest, budget range and your message.
Why and on what basis
Applications: to assess your suitability and prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you consent, to keep your profile for future seasons (Art. 6(1)(a)). Enquiries: to answer you and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Forms and processors
Our application and enquiry forms are provided by ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., USA), which stores the data on our behalf under ClickUp’s Data Processing Addendum, included in our ClickUp subscription, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Applications: only as long as needed to complete the recruitment process and, if you agree, to consider you for future seasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Enquiries: as long as needed for the business relationship and legal retention obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded ClickUp forms may set technically necessary cookies when you open them.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or the authority in your country.
